At Anwezen, we aim to deliver your order efficiently, safely, and transparently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, along with important information regarding responsibilities and potential issues.
1. Order Preparation & Handling
All orders placed with Anwezen are prepared for shipment promptly.
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Business Hours: Orders submitted outside of normal business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.
Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Shipping Coverage & Transit Times
- Shipping Regions: We currently ship within the United States.
- Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier service.
- Estimated Times: Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once the package is handed off to the carrier. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances are not the responsibility of Anwezen.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the order total and selected delivery method.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $100
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate $5.99, which is clearly displayed before payment is completed
All charges are presented transparently before order confirmation.
4. Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and local regulations. The total tax amount will be shown during checkout prior to order completion.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive an email confirmation
- A tracking number will be provided for real-time delivery updates
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure dependable delivery.
6. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping details.
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned
- Anwezen is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from customer-provided address errors
- If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order
Address changes must be requested immediately after placing an order and cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted shortly after purchase
- Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or altered

8. Delivery Problems & Damaged Packages
Missing Deliveries:
If tracking indicates delivery but the package is not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. If the carrier confirms the shipment as lost, notify us within 30 days of the shipping date.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
9. Compliance With Applicable Laws
Anwezen complies with all applicable shipping, consumer protection, and commerce regulations. Customers may have additional rights depending on their state of residence, which are not limited by this policy.
