Anwezen Return & Refund Policy

At Anwezen, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Returned items must meet the following criteria to qualify for approval:

  • Free from damage, wear, or signs of use

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been used or altered cannot be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

    Anwezen will cover return shipping costs and provide return instructions.
  • Change of mind or non-defective returns:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within a reasonable timeframe by emailing sales@anwezen.com. Include your order number and clear photos, if applicable, to help us resolve the issue promptly.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If an exchange is approved, a replacement will be issued once the original item has been received and reviewed.

Anwezen does not charge additional fees for approved returns.
